Technical back-up
There is constant access to laboratory and technical back-ups whenever required. Preventative maintenance programs enable customers to monitor the condition of oil in use so as to prevent expensive breakdown of equipment and machines.

Delivery promise
Viscol runs a suitable fleet of vehicles for swift effective deliveries. In emergencies, Viscol will rise to the occasion and re-route vehicles for near instantaneous deliveries to customers who find themselves in a problem situation.


Bulk storage
Where customers need bulk deliveries, a negotiated Bulk Installation Contract is entered into which enables affordable options in bulk oil storage. Viscol can deliver up to 40 000L at any one time.
