Blend Plant Facility

With a sophisticated and versatile manufacturing facility, the blend plant situated at Gateway Industrial Park, Centurion, City of Tshwane, is able to manufacture products ranging from simple circulating oils to invert emulsions. Automated batching facilities enables oil to be blended in batches ranging from 1000L to 16000L.


Laboratory facilities govern the vital functions of proven control, research development and end product specifications. The process control laboratory is staffed by experienced and qualified contract personnel and is equipped with a complete range of equipment necessary for conducting accurate and reliable tests on process samples.

All oils manufactured by Viscol are tested before dispatch. Finished products carry a batch number and a sample of each blend is taken and archived. Dispensing of lubricants is automated and dispatched in 500 ml, 5 L, 20 L and 210 L pack sizes.
